I'm a wedding photographer based in Northern IL. If I'm not out taking photos, you can catch me grabbing a beer with friends, hanging out with family, or cuddled up on the couch with my pups, son & husband. :)

i'm kayleen :) it's so nice to meet you!

about me

The start of my photography journey is a bit of a different one! My wonderful husband gifted me my camera for my birthday in March 2021 because I wanted to take awesome photos on our honeymoon in Japan. Unfortunately around the time we were "supposed" to go on our honeymoon, Japan still hadn't open their borders. So, instead of having my camera just sit around collecting dust, I thought it would be fun to get out there & try photographing people! I fell IN LOVE with being behind the camera! & the rest is history!

How it all began...

“Kayleen is amazing at what she does. We did a couples shoot on the beach and it was so fun and easy. She's quick to make you feel comfortable and is so helpful before, during and after the shoot. She checks the weather, gives updates, helps you pick outfits, and that's just the beginning. The pictures we got back are stunning! I can't wait to use Kayleen again in the future when we are ready for our next shoot. 10/10 recommend!”
